Relax in the countryside of Assisi
La Sorgente del Subasio was born as an eco-sustainable structure in 2011, among the green countryside at the foot of Assisi.
Consisting of a farmhouse that houses five newly built apartments, an outdoor pool and a park of 10,000 square meters, the property allows its guests to relax without sacrificing proximity to the historical and cultural wonders of Umbria.
La Sorgente del Subasio is perfect for families with children and groups of friends, who can enjoy their holiday in our region. The swimming pool is free of charge for guests, as well as the outdoor furniture (gazebo, benches and tables), the children’s playground and the barbecue for summer dinners.
Apartments
The farmhouse of the Sorgente del Subasio houses five newly built apartments in which the simplicity of the Umbrian land is combined with the comfort of six internal services and the functionality of the furnishings.
Each apartment meets the needs of our guests and is equipped with air conditioning (heating and air conditioning, for a fee) kitchen equipped with stove and private bathroom.

You will have at your disposal a park of 10,000 square meters in which to relax in contact with the green of the Umbrian nature. The Sorgente del Subasio offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo with relaxation area.
The pleasure of summer dinners will be even greater thanks to the presence of barbecue, tables and benches that can be used for moments with family and friends. And the possibilities of fun also extend to children with outdoor spaces and a dedicated playground.

The Sorgente del Subasio is located 4 kilometers from the historic center of Assisi, immersed in the countryside outside the city walls.
You can admire the evocative alleys of Assisi and get in touch with its history that, year after year, makes its visitors experience magnificent emotions.
500 meters from the hotel, the entrance to the SS75 that connects it easily to the most important tourist destinations of Umbria.
The villages of Spello and Trevi, the historic streets of Foligno and the squares of Spoleto can be reached in a short time moving south while the beauties of Perugia, Gubbio and Lake Trasimeno are to the north.

To get to us, both from NORTH and SOUTH: take the SS75 and exit at Rivotorto towards Sanctuary/ Assisi/ Capodacqua/ Viole. From here continue on Via Ottone IV and Via del Sacro Tugurio until you reach Via Assisana.
